One of InterMLS’s most exciting and convenient future features will be the ability to electronically deposit earnest money checks into our brokerage escrow account, eliminating the need for you to mail the check to our office for manual deposit. InterMLS® is also working to create an electronic commissions transfer directly into your personal bank account automatically after a closing.
