All agents have their own personal filing cabinet connected to the Internet. This cabinet is fully secured so only you have access. Every file received by e-mail, fax USPS or any other means is converted to an electronic document (PDF) and placed in your personal folder on our national server. Each agent is provided a secure link to their individual folder allowing them 24/7 access to any document at the corporate office. No need to keep documents, as they are stored in our warehouse for your review for the life of your InterMLS career.
